President of the Estonian Olympic Committee (EOK) Kersti Kaljulaid and Helena Evert, Board Member of Olympic Entertainment Group AS, signed a four-year cooperation agreement under which Olympic Casino will continue as an official sponsor of the EOK until the end of 2028.

Olympic Casino is the EOK’s longest-standing partner, having begun its support for the Olympic movement in 1997. “Although the owners of Olympic Casino have changed over the years, we have been part of Estonia’s Olympic story for nearly three decades, and our commitment has remained strong through every transition. We believe that a strong sports culture is built through consistent contribution and moving together toward shared goals,” Evert said.

EOK President Kersti Kaljulaid noted that such long-term cooperation projects are highly valuable for national Olympic committees. “Our joint work shows that trust and continuity produce results. Olympic Casino has
been an excellent example in the Estonian sports landscape — together we have celebrated Olympic medals, followed hundreds of sporting moments, and encouraged thousands of sports enthusiasts to stay active,” Kaljulaid said.

One part of the cooperation is Olympic Casino’s support for the Estonian curling duo Marie Kaldvee – Harri Lill, whose Olympic preparations will receive €20,000 in funding this year. Kaldvee and Lill are competing this
week at a Grand Slam tournament in Canada, and according to them, every contribution is crucial during an Olympic season. “Our team’s priority has always been quality and continuous investment in development. Thanks to Olympic Casino’s support, we can cover the costs of a foreign coach — which is critical for us — and involve our full support team more extensively in preparations for Milano Cortina,” Lill explained.

Additional supported athletes may be added to the project in the coming years.

The 2025–2028 cooperation period will include the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, the Los Angeles 2028 Summer Olympics, as well as the Youth Summer Olympic Games (Dakar 2026), the European Games (Istanbul 2027), and several European Youth Olympic Festivals.
